Snow Tubing Fun!

In January we went Tubing at Magic Mountain!  The girls loved it!!!!! I did too!  We went with some friends and had a fun day!  The Lodge was close and we took turns watching Sawyer by the Toasty fire inside.  We also had yummy snacks and Hot Chocolate breaks!  The day wasn't too cold and we all stayed pretty warm.  We are happy to say there were no injuries.  YAY!  We will have to do this every year.  The lift that pulls you to the top of the hill made the day amazing with about 100 times down the hill!

The lift was awesome and worth every penny!

Christmas 2010

We had a really great Christmas this year.  The girls didn't ask for much from Santa just everything on TV and they wanted baby boy dolls.  I was happy to have my own baby boy Sawyer!  I asked for a baby last Christmas. So I am very grateful this year that my wish came true!  Zach gave me lots of Victoria Secret comfy pajamas and an IPAD!  I gave him his favorite Affliction shirts and a blue tooth for his Playstation so he can talk online with friends and some Hunger Games stuff.  The girls got so many fun things like roller blades, scooter, wii games a movie, boots, twilight barbies etc.  We drove to Declo for Christmas dinner with Kelsey's and more presents.  Val's presents are always so fun and thoughtful.  She gave me my mothers perfume and it is expensive and reminds me of her.  She also gave me a mall giftcard because that is my favorite pleasure shopping!  Zach got an awesome bsu pop up canopy for tailgaiting!  We are so blessed every year and Christmas comes so fast every year.  I don't know why but it felt extra rushed and busy and expensive to me this year.  I was even really organized and tried to budget.  We did after Thanksgiving shopping and gave alot of Zhu zhu pets this year to cousins.  So next year I am going to really focus on the real spirit of christmas and maybe do more homemade gifts and relax and enjoy just the season more.  Oh and bake more!  So many yummy things to make!

Christmas Tree hunting success!

Syd's school Christmas Program

Sydney's first grade class put on a cute christmas program about Santa.  She was an Elf.  She had a couple parts and they sang about 10 little songs.  She had a huge smile on the whole time she sang and would sway back and forth and new all the words.  She is quite the performer.  We have it on video and I know I will cherish it when you are all grown up.  Syd you can be such a fun sweetie!  We had fun watching you sing

She said her part perfectly!
What kind of toys should Santa Bring?  .............something soft

Sweet little smile.

Sydney reads about 120 words per minute now. She says she loves reading and this makes me so happy. She was accepted into a charter school here that we thought she would love because they offer more dance and art etc. She also had alot of friends and neighbors at this school. We decided to try it. She had to leave mid semester from our current elementary. We have had no problems with our school and love the teachers and she is at the top of her class. But, she decided she wanted to try the other school. We had to buy khaki pants and polo shirts for her to go there. She went for 3 days and it was a really hard adjustment for her. So we decided we didn't need to have her tough it out and she was happy before so the public school took her right back the following Monday.  She is happy there and loves to go to school. She loves her teacher and is excited to be in the Princess in the Pea play at the end of the year.

Happy Thanksgiving 2010!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving!  We had lots of yummy snacks and visited.  Then we had the huge delicious dinner and pie of course!  Eddy cooks the best stuffing and Val makes the best rolls and the Mosses grow the best potatoes!  The boys watched football and the girls played Settlers.  The kids played with dart guns in the basement for hours.  It was definately a party!

I love this picture it captures us all hanging out waiting for the Feast!

Cute Thanksgiving outfit from Aunt Shabree! Gobble Gobble!

I had to capture cute cousing Austyn holding and loving on Sawyer.

Sawyer's Blessing

We blessed Sawyer the weekend after Thanksgiving. We planned it this weekend hoping to have more family come. Well it snowed about 4 inches that sunday and alot of roads were closed. So we had a small turnout and lots of tacos. Most important the blessing was wonderful. Zach did a good job and gave alot of promises and blessings to our little Sawyer. Grandma Val made Sawyer a cute white satin Tuxedo. Zach of chose the BSU colors blue and orange. I fought it but it turned out super cute. Sawyer didn't cry during the blessing and it was a sweet sacrament. Thanks to all who braved the weather and made it.

Love this smiley picture!
Doesn't he look handsome already!  So cute can't get enough of him!
How did I get lots of pictures post baby chubby.
Zach changed quick after church and then we didn't get any pictures.

I made yummy cupcakes for dessert and we had lots of
homemade Cafe Rio taco stuff for the luncheon!
Happy sister!  Grouchy hungry Sawyer!

Awe Mal loves to hold you no matter what.
